David Dixon grew up in a humble and loving Home. His father managed a Gatlinburg Motel for over 40 years and farmed in Sevier County, raising Cattle and later Tennessee Walking Horses along with some hot summers in the Hay and Tobacco Fields. His mother owned and operated a downtown Deli until she sold it and started her Overnight Rental Company. David bounced back and forth, helping each parent on weeknights, weekends, and all Summers while learning a good work ethic, listening to people, and the art of selling anything.

After graduating High School, David joined the United State Air Force where he was trained as a Combat Weapons and Air Traffic Controller. He traveled to many countries including Dominican Republic, Haiti, Iceland, Germany, England, Kuwait, Panama, and Saudi Arabia.

While enlisted, he achieved several Medals including a Good Conduct Medal, 2 Air Force Achievement Medals, and Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal. He climbed to the rank of Sergeant and was Honorably discharged in Denver, Colorado, where he attended Colorado University at Denver and pursued a Major in Finance and Minor in Aerospace Engineering.

In 1993 he returned home to Gatlinburg, Tn. Where he started working at Gatlinburg Chalets. In 1994 he received his Real Estate License where he is still active in the Real Estate Business with Four Peaks Realty Group. He has worked with every facet of the industry from watching large overnight Rental Developments come to fruition, Apartments, Condominiums, Hotels, Restaurants, Subdivisions, Shopping Centers, and Professional Buildings.

He wanted to come up with a vision to help everyone achieve their goals in this Industry through a hands-on approach and at the same time, creating lifelong relationships.

Born and raised in Sevier County, TN, I’ve always had a deep appreciation for the beauty and character of this area. With a background in project management and interior design, I bring a unique perspective to real estate, helping clients not only find their perfect home but also envision its full potential.
